#100DaysofMakeup: Day 7

1–2 minutes

The Power of Makeup: A Tool for Expression and Confidence

Today marks the 7th day of my #100DaysofMakeup challenge. I’m already amazed at how much I’ve learned in such a short time. I’ve discovered new techniques, new products, and new ways to use makeup.

What has impressed me the most is the transformative power of makeup. I’m not just talking about the way it can change our appearance, but also the way it can influence our self-perception.

Makeup can give us confidence. It can help us feel more beautiful, more attractive, and more comfortable in our own skin. It can give us the courage to try new things and express ourselves creatively.

Of course, makeup isn’t a necessity. We can be beautiful and confident without it. But for me, makeup is a powerful tool that can help me feel better about myself.

Today, I decided to focus on my eyes. I used a brown eyeshadow to create a natural and sophisticated look. I added a touch of black eyeliner to accentuate my eyes and some mascara to make them appear fuller.

I love this look because it’s simple to achieve and it gives me a fresh, polished look. It’s perfect for a workday or a night out with friends.

Here are some tips for creating a similar look:

Start by applying an eyeshadow primer to even out the color of your eyelid.

Use a light brown shade to create a base.

Apply a darker brown shade to the outer corner of your eyelid to create depth.

Line your upper lash line with black eyeliner.

Apply mascara to your upper and lower lashes.

In conclusion, makeup is a powerful tool that can be used to express your personality and boost your confidence.

I’m looking forward to seeing what the next days of my challenge hold. I’m sure I will continue to learn and grow as a makeup artist.
